To jsem já na sobě šátek, které mě moje gramy udělaly?

Dostal jsem speciální oběd, který přichází s vaječným rolí a polévkou. Proč tomu vlastně nazývají vajíčko? Kde je vejce?

Mým hlavním chodem bylo tofu se zeleninou. Je to smažené a trochu příliš zvlněné pro můj vkus, ale všechno jsem snědl – nikdy jsem se nesetkal s thajskou miskou, které se mi nelíbilo. Nemají hnědou rýži, i když se pokaždé ptám (někteří lidé nevědí, jak si nápověda).

Ale celá „hlad o hodinu později po jídle čínského jídla“ se mi stala! O hodinu později jsem měl hlad po tomto jídle – a vím, že to nebylo pro nedostatek kalorií!

Ale Tina tweetovala o jídle druhého oběda, takže jsem se necítil sám v mém hladu a zlomil se jogurt. Je to vážně deštivé a bouřlivé venku! Plánuji se mazlit s nějakou horkou čokoládou a sušenkami při prohlížení televize dnes večer?

I am continuously eating things I shouldn’t be — not since they are “Forbidden Foods” (I have released all foods to be allowed) however since I am eating since I’m tired, lonely, tired or out of habit. snídaně je absolutně moje oblíbené jídlo dne. Dokonce jím na večeři alespoň jednou týdně nějakou formu „snídaňového jídla“. Ale stejně jako každý jednotlivec jinde se mohu uvíznout ve vyjetých potravinách stejných „stejných“, které se nudí nebo spadají do špatných rutin při výběru méně než zdravých rozhodnutí příliš často.

Možnost pro všechny vaše problémy se snídaní

Problém: Žádný čas na snídani.

Řešení: Největší dva rýžové koláče s PB a banány pro kuchařku bez kuchaře, neuvěřitelně rychlá možnost! Jím to před dlouhými běhy, když jsem příliš spal na vaření.

Problém: Miluji sladké věci jako palačinky a vafle na snídani.

Řešení: Swap sirup za arašídové máslo. Tímto způsobem můžete mít (pán) dort a také ho jíst!

Problém: Po hodině máte hlad.

Řešení: Přidejte zdravý tuk, jako je arašídové máslo, může vám pomoci udržet plnější délku. Přidejte lopatku PB do ovesné vločky nebo obilovin.

Problém: Ráno nemám hlad.

Řešení: Vytvořte si koktejl a vezměte si ho do školy nebo pracujte a popíjejte jej ráno.

Vyzkoušejte můj PB protein smoothie pro lahodnou zdravou snídani nebo svačinu!
